Dear author, I think the reason why this installment is as compelling as it is for me is because when I stop and think about it: who knows Madara better than Izuna (and vis versa)?? Madara seems to have been *the* quasi-parental figure for his younger brothers since the loss of their mother, and we know the Uchiha brothers are undoubtedly close... so it was awesome to get to read Izuna slowly unraveling the situation and coming to the realization that Haruno-dono doesn't TRULY belong to "all of them" quite the same way. I was wondering how the competitive vibes between Madara and Izuna would play out when it came to Sakura's affections/attention, and I love how even at this age - Madara's possession over Sakura is ABSOLUTE: "Izuna froze, for in that split-second he nearly wet himself in terror." Now what I'm wondering is: will this be enough to keep Izuna in his place?? And my goodness, given how horrible Sakura and Madara's "first" encounter was in the garden, I can only imagine how jarring seeing those buttons were for Sakura. Will Tajima be able to put two and two together?? This was such a fun read; and as always - thank you for sacrificing the time to write and share another awesome installment with us!!
LOVED LOVED LOVED getting Izuna's POV!!!
